To help ensure accurate production, customers should provide complete and clear instructions before production begins.

  • Size charts, measurement details and size ratios.
  • Brand logo, label artwork, tags and packaging instructions, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that designs, logos, artwork and other materials they provide are authorised for use and do not infringe third-party rights.

05 — APPROVAL PROCESS

Production Begins With Your Approval.

Before bulk manufacturing, the relevant product details should be reviewed and approved by both parties.

We review the design, quantity, materials, sizing and project requirements.

02

Pricing, MOQ, estimated lead time and payment terms are shared for approval.

03

06 — QUALITY CONTROL

Quality & Inspection

We aim to manufacture products according to the specifications and quality requirements agreed with the customer.

  • Materials and product specifications are reviewed against the confirmed order.
  • Measurements, stitching, finishing and other relevant product details may be checked during production.
  • Approved samples and specifications serve as the reference for bulk production, where applicable.
  • Any agreed inspection or testing requirements should be confirmed before production.

Minor variations in measurements, colour, texture or workmanship may occur depending on the fabric, material and manufacturing process. Any specific acceptable tolerances should be agreed in writing before production.

07 — QUANTITY & TIMELINES

MOQ & Production Lead Time

Minimum order quantities and production timelines depend on the product category, design complexity, materials, quantity and manufacturing requirements.

  • MOQ will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.
  • Production lead time will be estimated after the requirements are finalised.
  • Lead time may depend on fabric procurement, material availability, sample approval and production capacity.
  • Changes to approved specifications or delays in customer approvals may affect the production schedule.
08 — PAYMENT TERMS

Advance Payment & Balance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, manufacturing orders require 50% advance payment for order confirmation and commencement of the agreed production process.

  • The remaining payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Material procurement and production arrangements may begin after the required advance is received.
  • Additional costs arising from approved changes will be communicated to the customer.
  • Dispatch may be held until outstanding payments are received, subject to the agreed terms.
09 — CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Changes After Production Approval

Customers should carefully review and approve all specifications before production starts.

  • Design, size, colour, fabric or quantity changes should be requested before production begins.
  • Changes after production starts are subject to our written approval.
  • Approved changes may involve additional costs and revised delivery timelines.
  • Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified unless we agree otherwise in writing.
10 — CONFIDENTIALITY & PRODUCTION PARTNERS

Responsible Handling of Your Information

Some manufacturing activities may involve authorised workers, production units, material suppliers or specialist service providers.

Where customer information or design details need to be shared with such parties for production, we will limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for the agreed work and take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled confidentially.

We do not authorise production partners to use customer designs, brand assets or confidential specifications for their own commercial purposes or for unrelated customer orders.

11 — PHOTOGRAPHS & PORTFOLIO

Use of Customer Products & Designs

We respect the confidentiality of private-label and customer-specific projects.

We will not publicly display or use identifiable customer designs, branded products, samples, logos or project details in our marketing, portfolio, social media or promotional materials without prior permission from the customer.

12 — OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Respecting Design Ownership

Customer-provided designs, logos, artwork, patterns, technical files and other materials remain subject to the customer's ownership or applicable rights.

The ownership and permitted use of newly developed designs, concepts, patterns, samples and other deliverables created jointly or by Sunehla Deal must be agreed in writing for the relevant project.

Manufacturing a product does not, by itself, transfer ownership of a customer's intellectual property to Sunehla Deal.

13 — DEFECTS & CLAIMS

Reporting Manufacturing Issues

If delivered products appear damaged, defective or materially inconsistent with the approved specifications, customers should contact us promptly with the order reference and supporting photographs or videos.

Claims will be reviewed against the approved sample, specifications, agreed tolerances and order details. Any resolution will be handled in accordance with the relevant order agreement and our Return & Refund Policy.

OUR PROMISE TO OUR PARTNERS

Your Brand Is Your Identity.
We Respect It.

We believe manufacturing partnerships are built on trust, confidentiality and mutual respect. Your customer-provided designs and brand identity deserve protection throughout the manufacturing process.
